A great deal of time and effort is spent by RJ & Associates in preparing and producing these courses, the following cancellation policy is in effect on all courses offered by RJ & Associates. *Administration fees applied on payment refunds do not include additional credit card processing charges*
2 weeks prior = $75 administration fee will be deducted from any refund, the remainder of course payment can be transferred towards future scheduled training courses.
13 days – 6 days prior = $150 administration fee will be deducted from any refund, the remainder of course payment can be transferred towards future scheduled training courses.
5 days or less prior = No refunds available.
Non-attendance will result in no refunds and void the right for course transfer.
Substitutions are permitted for registered persons at anytime, including on the first day of the course.
